On Tuesday, November 11th, a health management seminar was held by Tomo Okabe at TOPRANK's head office (Narashino City, Chiba Prefecture).
In the showroom that opened in July this year, surrounded by the latest models, neo-classics, and high-performance cars, many employees participated in the event, which featured a lecture on the theme of "Healthy habits that make your daily life easier through sleep and diet" and exercises using mini bands, helping them to overcome their lack of regular exercise!
