Daisuke Murayama selected to represent Japan at the 2025 World Sambo Championships

Daisuke Murayama (affiliated with MASTER JAPAN TOKYO) has been selected to represent Japan at the 2025 World Sambo Championships, which will be held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan from Thursday, November 6th to Monday, November 10th, 2025.
The tournament, organized by the International Sambo Federation (FIAS) and the Kyrgyz Republic Sambo Federation, is the world's highest stage for sambo competitions. Top athletes from around the world will be competing, and Murayama will be representing Japan.
Murayama won the 64kg combat division at the All Japan Sambo Championships in February this year, where he was selected as MVP, and his achievements both at home and abroad have been highly praised, leading to his selection on the Japanese national team.
This will be a great opportunity to compete against some of the world's best teams, and we are looking forward to seeing them make great strides.
