The opponent for the first round of the RIZIN WORLD GP 2025 Flyweight Tournament, which begins on Sunday, July 27th, has been decided!
His opponent, Makoto Shinryu, has a background in wrestling and is a top fighter who specializes in chokeholds. He became the youngest DEEP champion in history at just 18 years old .
This is a highly anticipated bout, following the RIZIN Otoko Matsuri held at the Tokyo Dome in May this year!
