Tomo Okabe gave special instruction at the "Butt Training Event for Men Only" held at Spice Up Fitness Neo Umeda on Monday, February 24th, 2024 (national holiday).
Until now, buttocks training has had a strong image of being for women, but it is now attracting attention from men as well, from the perspective of preventing back pain and improving sports performance. At this event, three trainers, including Tomo Okabe, will be conducting full-scale bodyweight training to awaken the buttocks muscles that tend to be dormant in everyday life.
In particular, in the "Power Hipness" session held in the first half, the following training was carried out in sync with music.
Main training menu (body weight)
