"Tomo Okabe" scheduled to give a lecture at Tokyo Metropolitan University Open University

On November 29, 2024, SPICE UP FITNESS CEO Tomo Okabe will be speaking at a special lecture titled "Health Care Necessary for Adult Women" at Tokyo Metropolitan University Open University.
This course provides the latest knowledge on hormone balance and anti-aging diet and exercise, and supports participants to get through menopause in a healthy way.
Tomo Okabe is a certified NSCA-CSCS and molecular nutrition medical health instructor, and provides practical advice based on scientific evidence.
