Signed a management contract with martial artist Shian's "reversal gym osaka anne"

U-PROJECT Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Daijiro Ui) is pleased to announce that it has signed a martial arts management contract with Reversal Gym Osaka Anne , a martial arts gym run by martial artist Shian (Yamashita Yasuo), effective February 19, 2026.

"Reversal Gym Osaka Anne" is a martial arts and personal gym with three locations in Osaka Prefecture, and its concept is to create an environment where people of all ages and genders can enjoy martial arts as part of their lifestyle and "make it fun." The gym also has a training and support system in place to support the competitive activities of its professional athletes, and operates with strong roots in the local community.

Under this agreement, U-PROJECT Inc. will support the activities of athletes affiliated with "reversal gym osaka anne" by focusing mainly on the following activities:

• Management of martial arts competition activities (matches and tournament participation)

• Contract negotiations and various adjustments

• Public relations and PR support, etc.

U-PROJECT Inc. will continue to provide support from a medium- to long-term perspective to help athletes affiliated with "reversal gym osaka anne" reach even greater heights as fighters and expand their scope of activity as athletes both domestically and internationally.
